I had a problem with the neighbor flooding my yard every time they drain their pool it damaged the cinder block wall between our property and actually put a hole in it and it was killing my plans. The HOA told me it’s a civil matter so I asked the HOA then what good are you other than using my $70 a month which is really low for an HOA but there’s a lot of houses to landscape the main roads. There’s a lot of houses with weeds so evidently they each way doesn’t do much except take my money. I passed on buying a home and St. George, Utah because with certain HOA is your own from the foundation up you don’t own your driveway. You have to get approval to put a plant in your backyard. Hell I might as well purchased a condo in an apartment building. HOA’s are good only to get things started and then they’re done. Thank God Donald Trump is stopped people like this woman, though I don’t think any HOA would actually demand a Wi-Fi password that would be consumer theft. I would tell the HOA person to share that password would be a dollar per household paid upfront anybody that uses it or wants it
