Yes I learned that and it shocked me! It’s also related to depression and makes it worse. And I read my eczema is triggered for this reason too. It’s so important to know the brain chemistry to be aware of symptoms and upcoming episodes.

i have bipolar disorder and I take medication for my anger and anxiety I feel like I don't want to get out of bed my boyfriend has to pick me up and make me eat because I don't feel like eating

I just dealt with this over the weekend. I started a statin for cholesterol. Number one side effect muscles and joint aches and pains. I didn’t sleep for two days. I’m no longer taking the statin. I’ll lower my cholesterol thru my diet and exercise.
