@yahooentertainment: Less than a year ago, Hayden Panettiere reflected on her childhood friendship with Michelle Trachtenberg. 💔 In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Panettiere explained how her bond with Trachtenberg began well before their “Ice Princess” days, as their grandparents lived across the street from each other in Brooklyn, New York. “We would have block parties. So I have memories of her and I from long ago,” Panettiere said. Trachtenberg died in February 2025 at 39. Panettiere died Aug. 16 at 36, a year and a half after her childhood friend and costar.
