Happened to my parents. Their Hispanic neighbors refused to speak to them and were always very rude. One year we had a freeze in Houston and for weeks people didn’t have power. Guess who can’t knocking on my parents door asking for water. And without question my parents shared food, supplies, and water. Since then, they still refuse to acknowledge my parents. To this day.
