Just double click the border of each cell and it automatically shortens to whatever the longest data entry is.

Or just use the 3 character codes for each month then shorten the columns by highlighting all of them and then double click the resize line between all of the columns. Done.

Go to the left corner, highlight the whole workbook, double click the line in between the columns (any line) and it instantly fits all the columns to match the contents.
