Thank you! I’ve only just started scanning but I found my hand is too small and I can’t hold the probe like that properly without it being too heavy and hurting my wrist. I usually have my fingers in the groove of the handle (marked) but I know I should have them further down like yours down at the window? It’s just too heavy and slippery and puts more pressure on my wrist? Any recommendations on hand/wrist stretches/exercises? Do you know anyone else that has this problem? I’m also struggling to get enough pressure and I just end up shaking. I know I need to start prioritising increasing my upper body strength asap but I’m scared of hurting myself if I do too much too soon! 😅😭
