My baby girl is 4 months old. My ex cheated on me while I was pregnant. Once your baby is here it gets sooo much better and you take it one day at a time. The snuggles and her smiles will fuel you and heal you.💛 I love that it’s just her and I. So many of my friends say it probably would have been easier without their man bc most of them don’t help anyways and you have to take care of them too. Lean on your support system. It isn’t pity to accept the help people offer, it’s LOVE.

It sucks and I cried and I cried. It was a tough first year. Baby boy will be 1 next month. And I couldn’t be more happy now. I’m so excited about our life together. My son is now 8 and I still have days that I am SO angry. So. ANGRY. I still cannot watch videos where people find out they’re pregnant together. I’m now in a very happy relationship with an amazing man but I still get angry because he shouldn’t have to deal with this angry version of me. I’m so sorry that you’re going through this 🥺

Girly find some great girl friends to do things with that you would do with a partner! Keep in mind that you can have so much better of a time on your own than with the wrong person and even the happy looking people can be having the worst time with a partner!

Taylor! I'm so sorry! You are so strong, and your baby girl is already so blessed that you are her mother, nourishing and protecting her. I've been where you are. It was such a crazy balance between sorrow and joy. Attending appointments alone, experiencing things that I should have shared with someone who loved my daughter equally was crushing ... but holding her changed everything! I gave her my name and we never looked back! When she was 2 I met a man. We took his name and she's 33 now - God gave her the perfect Daddy! Hold on, push through this, don't be afraid to ask for help, and know that it is worth it 🙏🏼 praying that God contends with those who contend with you, who are trying to unsettle and threaten you 🙏🏼 May peace cover your heart and mind today 🤍

Going through the same exact thing right now. I was doing SO well for months, and now that I’m nearing the end (next week he comes💙) I think of all the ways the father robbed me of the pregnancy I always wanted/expected. Doing this alone is the strongest thing we could ever do, I’m so proud of you! I just know that when my baby is in my arms, all of the hurt and betrayal will be worth it🤍🫶🏼

It says nothing about you that you want help or need support during this momentous time in your life - you deserve to not do this alone (it isn’t fair that your decision was forced by his) but you’re capable.
