Any opinions on removing the air dams infront of your front tires to increase front end downforce? Ik it increases drag but I'm just curious

it's also important to balance out your downforce. You buy a wing, get a front splitter that bolts to something sturdy and is capable of withstanding 500+ pounds of force. I'm getting ready to put both on my car, solely because it's so light at speeds higher than 90+ the entire rear becomes lightweight and will "float" causing the cars rear to sway from bumps on the road, and that's after I spent a year plus 6k on suspension and dialing in everything from camber, caster, toe, and center of gravity. Eventually when kids grow up they learn performance over looks if they wanna commit to racing.

Mr.Top50 :
Kind of off topic but How important is it to stiffen the chassis on track cars? I know for older cars it can be very important and makes handling more predictable. Is it still a common thing to do on newer models? Is there any mods you would do to a car that would make stiffening the chassis more important?
