It’s called a micro-climate. This is why major cities don’t get as much rain. The storms go around them bc the air above gets so hot.

Omfg they redid our Walmart parking lot black and it is so fcking HOT. Like unbelievably fcking hot. And it makes it hotter inside the store. I genuinely believe they did it to MAKE you use online pick up.
