He got unruly! He asked for the committee to be fair across the board and to hole everyone to the two minute allotted time frame they had set for everyone to speak. They had been letting the supporters of the new stadium speak longer. Then the one man put hands on him first. He didn’t get unruly until they assaulted him first from what I saw on other videos.
