@pilatesandor: Most people are taught to move the machine. I teach you how to move from your center. One of the biggest things I correct in Pilates is the tendency to arch into the lower back instead of creating length through the spine. It’s a small detail. But small details change everything. I can teach you a lot in a class, absolutely. But I can teach you so much more in a teacher training. That’s where we have the time to slow down, ask questions, refine the details, and truly understand movement on a deeper level. I’m so excited to come to San Diego and share the Or Kahlon Method with you. ✨ August 28 — Mat & Reformer Masterclasses ✨ August 29–30 — Reformer Teacher Training 📍 San Diego Whether you’re a teacher, a student, or simply passionate about movement, I’d love to meet you. I hope to see you there. ❤️ #PilatesTeacherTraining #ReformerPilates #PilatesInstructor #pilatestraining #pilatesandor
