Oh wow!!! That is not the way too handle this but I do get these parents! If my son was scared in a hospital and he wants too come home he’s coming! But then again I don’t know why she’s having to be there! It could be he’s protecting her from her own parents! But they still didn’t handle this the right way!

I of course do not know the process at this facility, but I never would allow them back this far into the facility; keep them in the lobby or outside even. I hope to God this facility has changed their policy and added way more security
