Makes me angry & sad that for someone who takes the time to study psychology and become a therapist or psychiatrist to HELP others and doesn’t take someone seriously, it seriously pisses me off. As someone studying psychology and want to work with PP woman, we should ALWAYS advocate for them it’s our fucken job. And if you dont want to then you shouldn’t be in that field turning woman away who are experiencing PPD

I am SO grateful she was able to have this interview before her passing. I hope this is a huge part of her legacy, fighting for mothers who are struggling. Postpartum depression and anxiety is so real that women get so little help or guidance on. She is a hero for being so vulnerable voicing this. She has been lost way too soon. I am glad her daughter will have these interviews to KNOW that she loved her beyond herself.

It’s so real and people don’t get it until you go through it . I’m going through it currently , the beginning was the hardest for me but I fight it everyday sometimes it’s so mentally exhausting. My baby daddy left me right after I gave birth to his child in the hospital it has been the darkest moment of my life and I don’t wish it upon anyone
