how to garnish with carrot! as always with these videos i have to put a disclaimer that these are probably not techniques you would use in your home kitchen aside from trying to practice since they really are random things i learned while i was working. that being said if you do choose to try any of these, i think it really shows a level of effort and attention to detail that does shine in the food. all the trim can 100% be used for soups, stir fries, or stocks and there are so many more garnishes you can make out of carrots. for example if you just cut coins and then punch them with a mold/cutter they can become any shape you want and if you don’t want to brunoise a carrot but instead leave it as a julienne or even make diamonds/paisons from it that is 100% possible too. these are just 4 of my favorite garnishes but there are as many different forms and shapes as you can come up with to suit your dish, as long as it works for your style and concept you can just go for it. as always feel free to comment below with any questions or message me directly :D #fyp #culinaryarts #chef #knifeskills #learn
