What I first saw: a girl who has gained weight and got slower at running…🏃‍♀️ And then what I saw: a girl who has overcome a serious injury, gained her menstrual cycle back, has stronger bones, no longer has RED-S, has a better relationship with food and no long needs a therapist. Oh and I can run again too! 💪 Grateful for my healthy body and what it can do - and excited to get back to this running journey but in a much more sustainable way! #stressfracture #reds #injury #Running #runner
