There's is vitamins that your body relies on that you can only get from meat such as vitamin B12. So by this, we cannot become vegan and sustain a health lifestyle, you will be very underweight and have severe deficiencies. Cut down on your meat intake but don't entirely cut it out of your diet. We are omnivorous, we need meat to survive.
