It actually depends on The type of cow that was Slaughtered ,,,,the tender liver is got from a Younger Cow ,,the hard liver always the cow was Old & has been working for a long Tym so the liver & meat tend to be Hard or gummy in the mouth when cooked.Thank you for Cooking Food looks Really Yummy .💕💕
