can anyone give us a suggestion? I used the peal guard on the chimney breast as it previously had flakey paint. it happened again and it looks, weird. ive never seen it happen before its like spikey. anyway we can stop it?

I’m about to do this in our hall on the ceilings and all the walls and there’s a few… so do you sand everywhere first then prime it and then nova plaster it? Also do add a bit of water to the plaster or not?
