Make the dressing (right before serving): In your large salad bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon, Worcestershire, vinegar, garlic, pepper, olive oil, and Parmesan until smooth and creamy. 3. Toss the lettuce: Add the crisp, chilled romaine to the bowl with the dressing and toss until evenly coated. 4. Finish & serve: Sprinkle the salad with the extra Parmesan and the crushed croutons on top (add more croutons if you like).
