What about someone covertly passive aggressively bullying you at work making it where you feel absolutely uncomfortable and completely shut down. You still do your job, but it has caused so much stress and anxiety that I contemplate quitting, but I haven’t been able to find a different job so I stick it out. This person’s been investigated by management, but nothing really has been done.

I just did a formal complaint about a coworker constantly making comments on my body and another coworker after speaking with her privately. She says it was just compliments then asked me out of the blue in front of a male colleague if my perky boobs we’re real 🙃 they said she’s probably didn’t mean it to be weird and she’s going through a lot

If California really was supportive we'd see a LOT more lawsuits where the employer faces significant payouts. I've had three valid cases and none were worth it to any attorney to take as the fines are sooooooo small.
