@sinsweetest: @Mariana thanks small 💕 Watermelon Harvest Jell-O Cups 🍉🍐🫐 Ingredients: * 4 cups fresh watermelon juice, divided * Unflavored gelatin, according to package directions * Fresh blueberries 🫐 * Fresh pears, chopped 🍐 * Lime juice, to taste * Coconut water, to taste * Sea moss jelly, optional * No added sugar! How I made them: I blended fresh watermelon and strained it into juice. I added some lime, coconut water, and a little sea moss jelly because we’re calling this one Nature’s Gatorade 😂🍉 I took 3 cups of the watermelon juice and brought it to a boil on the stove. Once it boiled, I lowered the heat and let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, I poured the remaining 1 cup of room-temperature watermelon juice into a bowl and mixed in my unflavored gelatin until it was well combined. Then I slowly poured the warm watermelon juice into the gelatin mixture while stirring continuously until everything was completely dissolved. I chopped up the fresh pears and added them with the blueberries to my silicone cupcake cups and silicone chocolate-bar molds. Then I poured the watermelon gelatin mixture over the fruit. Into the fridge they went for about 3–4 hours, and voilà! 🍉✨ No added sugar, no artificial flavoring, just fresh watermelon, home-harvested fruit, and gelatin. And yes, the “chocolate bars” are actually just watermelon gelatin bars wearing a chocolate-bar costume. 😂🍫🍉
