So what I learned here is that doctors all over the “world” need to give more of a sh*t on what they note in our charts. Thank you for proving the point, yet again. Redd’s point was not that she was lying, his point is that her note, AS A DOCTOR, was not CLEAR and could EASILY be MISINTERPRETED. And in fact, it has been and here we are. That’s on HER as a doctor. Take better notes. Should she keep her practice after this, I hope she uses this as a lesson. Period.

I do find the psychiatrist Dr. Jennifer made some mistakes to be honest with you and it may not be the notetaking aspect of it but I would say experience but also I think that there was a ton that was missed by much of that industry and that’s a fact and the fact that you’re even being defensive about it rather than saying that there needs to be changed you don’t need to like blame anybody I think that the young doctor genuinely was trying to help based on her education hence there’s a problem because it’s always about following the boxes it is and that is true so we need to call state of spade I need to make some changes that is the goal at the end of the day

The defense attorney is doing a fantastic job. I'd think a physician would spend more effort than using chicken scratch as notes, but write as you'd expect to be interpreted. the comma matters. she abso could feel "not" pressured, yet have hypered speech..
