It’s everywhere in psych. Last psych hospital I worked at, tech had her eye socket shattered by a patient. Corporate said we couldn’t have closed in nurses stations because “it makes the patients feel separated from staff”

These facilities always allow nurses to work short staff. There are not enough MHT’s or nurses. This is exactly how a facility I worked at ended up on the news
