Hal became parallax because he was depressed and when coast city got destroyed off screen by mongul hal reached his breaking point and wanted to re create coast city then zero hour happened and hal wanted to reset the universe does Geoff Johns chenge the continuity with his mythos?

i don’t know the lore and haven’t watched it yet but if i was a yellow lantern and this quadrant+ didn’t have any green lanterns, i might pretend to be a good guy lantern and spread the fear of aliens and metahumans etc across the planet.
