@Kirkz88:my starter has risen 3 days in a row at a heavier feed, i feed her more flour so shes thick, but last night I did a 1:10:10 ratio to bake mix a loaf this morning and she didnt rise or peak at all, she was thin and hungry. she's around 5 weeks old and its Australian winter. I do keep her on a warmer around 24 degrees Celsius. how can I get her ready to bake with?
