The expectations are so incredibly high for this game, that no matter what; it’s going to disappoint. There’s only so much you can realistically do in a game that’s pretty much a carbon copy of all the GTA games. They waited way too long between 5 and now 6. Graphics can only get so good, that it’s not as easily noticeable anymore
