@aliciahasquestions: This line of questioning honestly blew my mind because, let's be real… was it necessary AT ALL? The prosecution asked Patrick Clancy’s mother whether she is Catholic and whether she knows that murder is a sin. But what does her religion have to do with the facts of this case? This isn’t a trial about her faith, her beliefs, or whether she understands that murder is wrong. It’s about what happened to Lindsay, Patrick, and their children. To me, questions like this feel less like they’re getting to the facts and more like they’re intentionally going down a path that could further paint Lindsay in the worst possible light. And that raises the question: Was this a legitimate line of questioning—or was it completely unnecessary and out of line? I want to hear what YOU think. 👇 Was there a reason for these questions that I’m missing? #LindsayClancy #LindsayClancyTrial #PatrickClancy #TrueCrimeTok #CourtTok

💖 Mistalina 💖 :
WTF no that is very inappropriate questioning in a trial. Listen, I sat through enough trials in my life that this prosecutor works prosecutor of ever seen, but also I’ve sat with enough judges that I’m surprised as judge is tolerating much of this at all.
