I took this in Merlin’s cove two years ago. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get onto the island because it was too windy.

if you join Cornish heritage which is lot cheaper than English heritage the entrance fee I think is free. We went on one of the hottest days of the year this year. Back when it was just the 2nd heat wave of the year.

£22!? I just walked up to it with my folks on a family holiday. Paid for a lift back up the hill on the way back but that’s reasonable. If you pay UK council tax it should be free and you make the tourists pay a bit…but £22 is robbery by any metric.
