Hell in 98 depend on the job , you didnt even have to submit a resume, if they was hiring, fill out the application, give a good interview, your hired!

and don’t forget all the personal questions like your age, race, religion, if you’re straight, gay, bisexual, male or female, if you have a disability, do you get migraines… like why is this a criteria for a job application? I guess it’s to filter us out. The job market is in the toilet!

I once had a question if I ever been late to work. I couldn’t hold back of letting the HR guy know indirectly that his question was dumb ASF . 😂I was like uh… I think we can all agree we been late to work in our work life .
