✨ A little wellness reset at Float Life Liverpool ✨ @Float Life I recently visited Float Life to try out their Fire & Ice sauna experience followed by a 60-minute float 🧖‍♀️🧊🫧 The Fire & Ice experience takes you between the heat of the sauna and the cold plunge - definitely a shock to the system, but such a refreshing experience! The ice bath was 3°C, it was freezinggg, but it felt amazing afterwards! 🤩 Then it was time to completely switch off with an hour-long float, lying back in the warm, salty water and letting myself properly relax. 🤍 This experience was unlike anything I'd tried before, and the feeling of just floating felt amazing!
