The Extraction Journey: 🔹 Intake & Concentration   Seawater is pumped into the initial concentration ponds, where density and salinity are carefully monitored. This stage is not simply evaporation—it is controlled concentration to reach the exact saturation point required for crystal formation. 🔹 Fractional Crystallization   Once the brine reaches the target density, it moves to the precipitation ponds. This is the most critical stage, where Sodium Chloride (NaCl) crystallizes while impurities such as Magnesium and Calcium remain in solution. Precision here directly affects final product quality. 🔹 Ripening Phase   The salt is left for a specific curing period to improve crystal structure, stability, and overall product quality. 🔹 Harvesting & Washing   After harvesting, the raw salt passes through the wash plant, where impurities are removed through controlled washing and purification processes to achieve international quality standards.
