I love the argument because voting is not a constitutional right. The Constitution didn't even mention voting until 1870 when the 15th amendment was ratified. Which only sets limitations on how your ability to vote can be taken away.

Voting is not an enumerated constitutional right. That was intentially omitted to prevent citizens from imposing laws when they have no stake in the outcome of a vote.
