My personal experience: 14 years ago, I had haemorrhoids. My Doc prescribed a medication and it was gone in just 3 days. It's never resurfaced since then. Over time, same medication was suggested to 3 others who suffered same symptoms and have been relieved as well. No complication. Therefore, while I can't disagree fully or argue with you on the matter, I think you should base your advice on context, not under one complete umbrella. Cus not all haemorrhoids need surgery. I come in peace bro ✌️

There might be no medication proven to be effective for their treatment for now but maybe in the future there might be. Medical science and pharmacology are both advancing real quick

My Perspective :
Surgery is what saved me from my hemorrhoids. If it gets to stage 4-5 just go get it surgically removed. Trust me best decision ever !!!!
