@roselaurawhitfield: Being a Latina in America means carrying generations of strength, sacrifice, tradition, and pride with us wherever we go. We honor the women before us who worked, struggled, raised families, built businesses, preserved our traditions, and created opportunities they may never have had themselves. Our culture lives in our food, our music, our language, our celebrations, our faith, our family tables, and the stories passed from one generation to the next. But being proud of where we come from should never require us to separate ourselves from everyone else. America is strongest when we can celebrate our different histories while remembering that we are neighbors, coworkers, friends, families, and fellow Americans. We don’t have to look alike, worship alike, vote alike, or come from the same background to respect one another. Today I celebrate being Latina—and I hope we keep building a country where pride in our heritage brings us together rather than pushes us apart. 🇺🇸❤️
