we lived in an apartment managed by FWP for 2 years and it was hell. we were also in the garden unit, they fucked up with the pipes and they burst and flooded our apartment in the middle of february 😭 the bottom kitchen cabinets literally DISINTEGRATED and the had to replace them all. we suffered with roaches and no matter how many treatments they did, they wouldn’t go away. the landlord was also extremely misogynistic. our neighbors would party on the daily through the night and they did literally nothing about it. please do not ever rent with them.

Don't live in Basements the now go a Chicago based reality. I've never had problems and if there was they have a maintenance crew like plumbers, painters. heating and I have been very satisfied. check around. and good luck
