This feels so American lol I don't know a single conservative Eastern European right wing woman who would tell me to "submit to a man". Men are not worth it yall, even if they are good providers. Recently I talked to my grandma, telling her how I don't know if I could handle my boyfriend dying, and she responded something along the lines of "if he dies, so what?"

I won’t submit or obey. We share leadership in our family based on our strengths. When he knows better, we do that. When I lead, we both go in that direction. But we don’t tie it to words that imply control. This has worked for us for almost 30 years so I feel like that speaks for itself.
