SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. My skin is finally starting to clear up. Honestly was traumatizing going from perfect skin to painful cystic acne that took weeks for it to go away. Got off my birth control January 1st and the past two weeks I haven’t gotten cystic acne for the first time

This happened to me too and it was horrible. I dropped 20 lbs, face was breaking out, no regular period, and I was just just depressed and anxious. Got right back on it because I couldn’t take it anymore

It gets better I promise!! I was on the pill for 14 years and got off and my skin went crazy. Worst acne I’ve had in my life!! Now that I’ve been off for 2+ years things are so much better!! I usually only break out before my period

Mine got really bad and after 6-8 months it cleared up and now my skin is clear with regular hormonal breakouts. It’ll get better! ❤️🩹 less is more in a skincare routine, just make sure to take care of your skin barrier!:)

happens to the baddest soldiers 😔 my whole early 20s were spent hating my skin. prioritize sunscreen, try to get on Tretinoin and try to stick with an anti-inflammatory diet! I really do feel it helps. you got this ❤️
