It’s not curing because beetles doesn’t have enough reflectors in their gel polishes to be able to fully cure. Beetles is a very bad sketchy brand. They have sent a professional nail tech to the ER because of their hema free line which was never actually hema free. They have given people chemical burns. And they lie on their SDS so now their SDS isn’t the same as what’s on the back of their bottles. Some other good brands are tencoco, xeijayi, and aimeili.

Im just curious, if someone has uncured gel under the top coat doesn't the cured top coat prevent the gel from leaking anywear? Or does uncured gel damage the nail itself instead of the skin around?

please please be careful when filing under-cured gel, if your using a drill you risk that uncured dust getting on your hands, in your respiratory if your not wearing a mask, and on your tools, always do a soak off and gently file off the top layer with a hand file, and wash your hands immediately. be sure to clean any tools that have touched the uncured gel before use. the nails are so pretty tho 🥰
