@foxnews: A Virginia man accused of killing his landlord is now out of the country after authorities say he never returned from a 48-hour weekend pass from a state mental health facility. Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda, who was found not guilty by reason of insanity and committed in 2022, was allowed to leave the facility on July 6. Instead of coming back, authorities say he headed to Dulles Airport and flew to Istanbul before continuing to Tajikistan. A warrant is now out for his arrest. Authorities say Toshpulodzoda will be taken into custody if he returns to the United States.
