It’s a scam. Went in last weekend to urgent care as an outpatient and they thought I was paying cash. They said it will be 160. When I gave them my insurance card they said the bill will be mailed to me. Got the bill they up charged it to where the bill came out to 158 after the 75 percent the insurance covered.

i had an abnormal reading on my mammogram, my dr submitted an auth to get a follow-up and my insurance denied it. why do we need dr's when insurance determines how what when and IF we will get propper care. wish i could make it make sense for us
