I prefer the European model that doesn't allow private at all. when the wealth are forced to use the public sustem it makes the public system better for everyone becuase they want their kids to have top notch education. everyone else's kids get it as a side effect.

I have nonproblem with people putting their kids through private school if they feel the public system isn’t good enough but THEY pay for it. Tax dollars absolutely should not be used to fund private or religious schools. Not one dollar!
