This is something I’m really struggling with right now. I absolutely hate my current living situation and I’m so desperate to get out. I’ve been trying for over a year, but at the same time, I’m scared to make the jump. I find myself constantly thinking about where I’ll be next and what my life will feel like once I’m finally out of here. It’s strange because I’m so focused on that future moment that I almost can’t connect with the present. Something tells me I need to stop fighting the present moment and just embrace it for a little while, even though I hate it, in order to move on to the next chapter. Maybe I need to get in tune with myself first and stop making decisions from a place of fear. What you said really resonated with me. Honestly, it’s been more helpful than anything a psychologist has ever said to me. The way you explained it was so reassuring. Thank you. ❤️

ooo, so einfach ist das und doch so kompliziert, aber logisch. die Paniksituation nicht escapen wollen, sondern, mein nerven system so zu regulieren, das ich in dem moment mich neutral fühle, atmen kann und hier ist noch luft was zu verändern, wenn ich geschafft hab mich safe zu fühlen. stimmt. wou Danke sehr für das mitteilen deiner geschichte. werde üben die 18 tausend 600 sekunden jeden tag schritt für schritt ✨🦋🙏🍓🌹🌿

I came home today into a situation I don't feel comfortable and after days of really healthy eating habits I found myself in a pile of crisps and chocolate. Yes, that tells me the truth about my present moment I guess. I feel bad but I need to put some work in different areas. What an eye opener. 🥴
