please sign up for swimming lessons. like real weekly/bi weekly lessons with an instructor. (not a friend teaching you). one of the best thing I did for myself as an adult because now open water (anywhere on vacation) are just more enjoyable and swimming laps at the pool is a good workout when I need to switch up my routine
