Sleep apnea is a problem with your tonsils being to big, so they cut off your ability to breathe when sleeping. You have to use a breathing machine to help. This is not what sleep apnea is.

i’m diagnosed with sleep apnea, and in the nicest way possible please don’t dumb it down to just always being “tired after sleep”. it’s something that affect peoples lives heavily. there’s other causes of restlessness after sleep that’s not sleep apnea
