Grew up fairly poor, never been abroad, my childhood holidays were mostly by the sea or in caravans or at Butlins or Pontins. My parents once got us a free holiday by cutting coupons out of the newspaper everyday for MONTHS - we never once went camping. I'm terrified of spiders - camping is my worst nightmare! Some people just hate the idea of camping regardless of how much money they have. Some of these takes are weird af!

I didn’t grow up rich, also didn’t grow up camping 😬 My parents knew me, understood I HATED bugs (especially spiders). You can’t take a kid who will scream and run from bugs/spiders camping 😆 So planes and car trips it was !
