hey man, ik how it feels, i got acl surgery June 5th i genuinley thought my life was over after surgery playing lacrosse was my life. muscle memory will kick in so fast after a month, you will rebuild muscle duper quickly depending on your graft. Just believe in urself and do your pt all the time. you got this dude

I bawled my eyes out in my car this morning. I hate how long this recovery is. But we can do it. I just miss my healthy body so much and I miss the gym and I miss my sport. Good luck in all of your journey! ❤️✨🙏
