my brother I heard all you said here, but why is it that the regulations by NIMASA affect seaferers based on documents but there is no regulation in the Nigerians seaferers Renumeration? you will have the same documents with the white skin colour men and they pay them in Dollars and pay you Nigerians in Naira therefore treating us like third class citizens. I rest my case here .

please I have OND in marine engineering from Maritime Academy of Nigeria Oron, but I studied mechanical engineering in my HND elsewhere. please does it mean I will have to go back and do HND in marine engineering before I can become a 2nd or Chief Engineer?
