I became a mother of 3 within 4 years, not only have I struggled with depression since I was 11 i was also being abused by my children's father. it started slowly and got worse with each child, our relationship ended with him cheating and punching me in the face during the middle of my last pregnancy. no one was wiling to stand up for me either, because I discovered he'd been poisoning my reputation with everyone we knew for years behind my back. I seriously these doubt these women have had it just as bad as I did. the idea of harming or even abandoning my children never once crossed my mind. if anything, they were my entire reason to wake up in the morning and keep going. I understand how difficult the pressure of motherhood is. but you insult me as a mother when you suggest i could ever do that, especially since most of these women blame a lack of outside support or a neglectful partner as a reason they might do this, if you consider harming your children to punish other people for not helping you enough, you are a fucking psychopath and you need to be institutionalized.
