I really struggled with my workout today. Did I want to leave the gym and go home,yes! But one thing I’ve learned is to appreciate what my body does for me and then see how I can care for her more and love her more. I haven’t been consistent with my diet, taking my creatine and if I’m being very honest, I’ve also not been pushing myself as I should. So this is just a little reminder that if I want my body to do all the things I was it to do, I should also pour good things into it, good food, consistency, discipline,rest and most importantly, be patient with her coz she is doing a lot ❤️
