People genuinely will act as if they know better than the same casting director who was apart of casting Chadwick as Black Panther, and RDJ as Iron Man. Fan casting is fine, if its all in good fun and you don’t get genuinely upset when a FANCAST isnt actually chosen

Agreed. Fancasting is fun but getting mad about your fancast not coming true is wild to me. Not surprising though, it’s the same people that get mad when their theories on how a show will unfold don’t come true.

If you want a picture-perfect character, then just stick with the cartoons. If you want a memorable interpretation, then you're in luck because Inde will carry this whole movie. Marvel is a multiverse. She can be Belle from NY or Belle from Seattle. People are tired of seeing the same old thing.

They denied Sadie being Jean when it was clear & had to cope by saying she didn’t belong and was “too evil” once it was revealed. Now Inde is “too short” to play a fictional character in a CGI comic book movie. They don’t like women and make any excuse for a man.

Spaeny had far more work credits to her name, great acting range in previous projects. Navarette’s casting is okay, but it felt like Marvel wanted to cash in on her sudden post-Obsession popularity right away when she really doesn’t have that much work to show for it
